east london craft guerrilla

21 Nov

More London-based crafty goodness will be had tomorrow at the East London Craft Guerrilla fair, as part of The Craft Guerrilla project which is a bit of a crafty collaboration of artists, designers, various DIYers and other creative types.

If you’ve taken the Handmade Pledge you may have heard of them already, and if not why not?! They’re perfect!

The Craft Guerrilla Army is taking on the world for a better hand made existence! We’ve had enough of soulless, mass produced tat and so has the average consumer. The Craft Guerrilla was born out of a shared idealism with regeneration, recycling, sharing of knowledge and the revaluation of the hand made movement at its heart.

I found this thanks to Lisa Margreet, who will be running a ‘how to knit’ stand, and who I’ll have to thank if I manage to make it up. If you can’t make it tomorrow, there’s another event on 26 November, same place and just as free to get in, hurrah!
